What you're buying
Livelyyou sells downloadable digital guides (PDF documents). Each guide is a one-time purchase priced as shown at checkout. After a successful payment you receive an instant download link on-screen, and the same link is emailed to the address you provide.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details. A purchase is confirmed only after Razorpay reports the payment as captured.
Refund policy
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued or the file has been downloaded. If you were charged but did not receive your guide, or you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us and we will investigate and resolve it - including a full refund of any duplicate or failed-delivery charge.
Delivery
Delivery is electronic and immediate. Download links are time-limited for security; if your link expires before you download the file, reply to the purchase email and we'll issue a fresh one at no cost.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to complete your purchase and deliver your guide: your email address and the payment reference from Razorpay. We use your email to send your download link and, where relevant, support messages about your order. We do not sell your personal data.
